Wholeward, published by Pacefyx, Inc., does not collect your data. Not as a promise we keep with effort, but as a consequence of how the app is built: there is no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no Wholeward server that receives your information.
The answers you give in the typing interview, the type result computed from them, your daily check-ins, your conversations with the in-app guide, and anything you ask the app to remember are stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. We cannot see them. Deleting the app, or using "Start over" in Settings, erases all of it permanently.
There is no retention schedule because there is nothing for us to retain: your data lives only on your device, and you control when it is erased.
Typing and check-in scoring happen on your device. Written reflections and conversations are generated by Apple's on-device intelligence on supported devices, meaning the words are composed on your phone without your answers leaving it. Where on-device intelligence is unavailable, the app shows your type result with an honest note instead of silently sending your information elsewhere.
Nothing. The app makes no network requests containing your personal information. The App Store privacy label for Wholeward reads "Data Not Collected."
The one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's privacy policy; Wholeward receives no personal information from it.
If you email our support address, the app simply opens your own mail app; it captures nothing and sends us nothing on its own. We receive only what you choose to write, and only because you chose to write it. We use a support email solely to answer you. We do not mine it, sell it, or feed it to advertising or analytics, and we do not retain it longer than needed to help you. Ask us to delete your email and we will. A voluntary support email is the only personal information we can ever receive, which is why the App Store label still reads "Data Not Collected."
Wholeward lets adults add family members, including children, to read family relationships. Those details stay on the device like everything else, and readings involving minors are restricted by the app to age-appropriate, developmental content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included, because we do not collect personal information at all.
Wholeward is a reflective Enneagram app. A type result describes patterns of motivation and attention to help you reflect on yourself. It is not a diagnosis and says nothing clinical about you. Wholeward is for self-reflection, not professional advice.
If a future feature ever changes any of the above, this policy will say so plainly before that feature ships, and anything involving your data leaving the device will be opt-in, never silent.
