These terms govern your use of Wholeward, published by Pacefyx, Inc.. Read them before you use the app.
By downloading, installing, or using Wholeward, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. At first launch the app asks you to confirm that you accept these terms; tapping to accept records your agreement.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Wholeward. By using the app you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you can form a binding contract. Adults may add family members, including children, to read family relationships; the adult who does so is responsible for that use.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wholeward on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms of Service. We reserve every right not expressly granted.

Wholeward is for self-reflection and personal exploration. It is not professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional. The Enneagram is a reflective personality framework, not a science. A type result describes patterns of motivation and attention that may help you reflect; it is not a diagnosis and says nothing clinical about you. Typing results, descriptions, check-ins, and conversations are generated content offered to prompt reflection, not to direct your decisions.

The app does not know your circumstances and cannot account for them. You are solely responsible for the choices you make. If you act on anything you read in Wholeward, you do so at your own risk.
Wholeward is not a crisis line, a counseling service, or any kind of emergency or support service, and it does not monitor you or contact anyone on your behalf. Nothing in the app is watching for your wellbeing.
If you or someone else may be in danger, contact your local emergency number now. In the United States, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (24/7), or call 911. Outside the United States, use your local emergency number.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IT GENERATES IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the app or these terms, even if we were advised of the possibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for all claims relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app, or five U.S. dollars (USD $5.00) if you paid nothing.
Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the app or your breach of these terms.
Wholeward, its content, design, wordmark, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a license to use the app, not any ownership of it.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We may update these terms; the current version will be posted here with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and our privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the app. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. The disclaimer, liability, and Apple sections survive any termination.
