Open Settings inside Wholeward and tap "Restore purchases" on any device signed into the same Apple Account.
The Enneagram works by motivation, not behavior, so the type that fits best is often not the one you would have guessed. Sit with the portrait for a few days before deciding. If it still feels off, you can retake the typing interview from Settings; answering for what drives you, rather than how you act, usually clears it up. A type is a mirror to reflect with, not a label you are stuck with.
Written reflections and conversations are generated by Apple's on-device intelligence, which requires a recent iPhone with Apple Intelligence enabled in iOS Settings. On devices without it, Wholeward still computes and shows your type and your check-in pattern; it just will not write prose about them. We chose that over sending your answers to a server.
Settings, then "Start over," erases everything: your type, your typing answers, your check-ins, your conversations, and anything the app learned. Deleting the app does the same. There is no copy anywhere else; that is the point.
Wholeward's data transfers with a standard iPhone-to-iPhone migration or an iCloud device backup, because it lives in the app's local storage like your photos do. There is no Wholeward account to sign into.
